What's This Job All About?

We are looking for someone that enjoys being responsible for accurately and efficiently creating, reviewing, and posting a variety of transactions utilizing trust accounting software. Additionally, this individual needs to want to make an organizational impact by following, writing and enhancing work instructions and procedures ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policy and internal divisional procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Process cash transactions via checks, wires, and ACH ensuring timely response in fulfillment of client requests
  • Process dividend and interest income activity related to client holdings held by custodian ensuring timely deposit of funds to client accounts while maintaining complete and accurate documentation and evidence of account balancing
  • Review all class action notifications utilizing our partnering class action website ensuring timely filing of responses and maintaining complete and accurate records per policy
  • Prepare appropriate documentation to obtain client authorization for processing of certain requests
  • Review, maintain and retain in appropriate locations, all required documentation ensuring complete and accurate retention per policy
  • Participation in designated groups and projects as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned


What You Need for this Position:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 1 year of Operations experience in a financial services environment with some Trust Operations experience preferred or equivalent education and experience.
